Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth team direction. You will be accountable for operations in the absence of higher management and drive cash control, inventory, and service standards.

Ideal candidates will have ServSafe certification (or the ability to obtain it), a valid driver's license, and the stamina to work 8–10 hour shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or able to obtain certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Ability to bend, squat, twist, pull and reach.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests
• Assist management with training and coaching team members
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results
