Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crews, oversee daily operations, and ensure high standards of quality, service and cleanliness. You will guide team performance, monitor safety, and strive to meet targets while maintaining excellent customer experiences.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership in hospitality or retail, are at least 18, and are comfortable with a fast-paced environment and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred in restaurant, retail, or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Oversee quality, service and cleanliness; manage inventory and scheduling.
• Coach and develop crew and other managers; monitor safety and profitability.
