• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Plan shifts, monitor performance and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Meet targets for shift and department goals, safety and profitability.
• Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness.
• Oversee scheduling, training and development of team members.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and safe operations.
• Support a fast-paced environment with strong teamwork.
