Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service. You will supervise front- and back-of-house staff, train team members, manage inventory, and address guest inquiries with professionalism.

The role requires 21+ years of age, gaming and ABLE licenses, and 2+ years of supervisory hospitality experience. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality, beverage, or food service industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times by adhering to the establishment's dress code standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during assigned shifts, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and monitoring stock levels to support operational needs.
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
• Monitor performance metrics, such as sales and labor costs, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability.
