Job summary

Traditions Hospitality Group is seeking a Server to provide excellent dining experiences and professional service. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction while collaborating with kitchen and bar staff in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes guest engagement, accuracy in order taking, and maintaining a clean dining area. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success with our team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to obtain a Gaming License (if applicable).
• Must be able to obtain an ABLE Liquor License.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
• Assist with menu recommendations and upselling of specials or additional items.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and replenishing supplies.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.
