Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check may be required.
• Gaming License: if applicable.
• ABLE Liquor License: required or obtainable.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience in server or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
• Take orders accurately and enter into the POS system promptly.
• Serve food and beverages timely with accuracy and presentation.
• Check on guests and address concerns or special requests.
• Assist with recommendations and upsell specials or items.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and reset tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
