Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric role with focus on service excellence.
• 1+ years in a Shift Leader/Supervisor or Manager role in food service or related industry.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to operate electronic systems (computers/tablets).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication skills across teams.
• Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Ability to multitask and work well in a team.
• Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation.
• Driving requirement: pass MVR checks and complete required online training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue streams including cashier and third-party delivery partners.
• Manage daily operations: service, production, catering, and staff development.
• Ensure shop is open/closed per standards and supervise staff.
• Train and guide team members; maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Lead daily routines, guest interactions, and brand standards.
• Coordinate catering schedules, inventory, and orders; ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor labor, COGS, and monthly P&L considerations.
• Support manager in daily operations and safety compliance.
• Maintain ServSafe certifications and proper hygiene standards.
