Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-centric role.
• 1+ years in a Shift Leader/Supervisor or Manager role in food service or related industry.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate between teams.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue streams including cashier and third-party delivery partners (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).
• Assist in managing operations of the entire business, including Service, Production, Catering, and related areas.
• Ensure store opens/closes per standards and procedures; delegate tasks for a clean, inviting workplace.
• Oversee food preparation and daily prep list; ensure compliance with recipes and quality.
• Train and develop team members; maintain brand standards and a premium guest experience.
• Coordinate catering requirements and ensure timely delivery of catering orders.
