gusto! is seeking a Shift Manager for our Avalon location to lead a busy, health-focused fast-food team.

You will supervise customer service, food safety, catering, and staff development while upholding brand standards and delivering a premium guest experience. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in a shift leader or supervisor role, strong communication, reliable transportation, and flexibility including weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in a Shift Leader/Supervisor or Manager role.
• Experience in a customer-centric role.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have reliable transportation.
• ServSafe Certification preferred and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service, inventory, food safety, catering, and team development.
• Train staff and ensure brand standards and policies.
• Manage shift operations, opening/closing, and scheduling.
• Coordinate catering orders and deliveries.
• Monitor compliance with safety and sanitation policies.
