Job summary

Seminole Gaming is seeking a Cash Operations supervisor to oversee day-to-day cash handling during their shift under the Director of Cash Operations, balance cash registers, make deposits, and ensure smooth operations.

You will supervise staff, assign tasks, monitor inventory, address customer inquiries, and uphold safety guidelines and financial standards in the busy casino environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead, motivate and supervise staff.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and staff.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in basic arithmetic and financial calculations.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and other relevant software.
• Opening or closing the business during their shift.
• Training new employees on procedures and standards.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Assisting with other operational tasks as needed.

Job Description:

Under the direction of the Director of Cash Operations the incumbant oversees the day-to-day functions during their shift, including cash management, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth operations.They are responsible for balancing cash registers, making bank deposits, and adhering to cash handling procedures.
