The Role:

This position involves interviewing, training, and evaluating beverage staff, leading a team to meet company goals, and fostering growth through leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Administer all beverage facilities.
• Complete payroll for beverage staff, maintain data, and forecast payroll needs.
• Enforce company policies.
• Maintain records and reports on beverage services.
• Discipline and correct staff as needed.
• Meet weekly with staff to review policies and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Collaborate with management to maximize guest satisfaction and service quality.
