The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, a keen understanding of beverage trends, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and guidance to the beverage team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
• Oversee all aspects of the beverage department, including bars, lounges, and other beverage service areas
• Manage beverage inventory, ordering, and stocking to ensure optimal levels and minimize waste
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service and uphold brand standards
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to maintain the highest standards for beverage preparation and presentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and alcohol service regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be able to obtain a valid Casino Employee Registration license upon hire
• Previous experience in beverage service in a casino or supervisory role in food and beverage
• Effective communication skills
• Appropriate professional appearance and demeanor
• Availability for various shifts including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays, and long hours
• Team player with a guest-first attitude
