The Role:

Lead and evaluate Beverage staff, conduct interviews, training, and performance reviews. Lead a team to achieve goals, fostering growth and excellence in service.

Responsibilities:

• Administer all beverage facilities.
• Process payroll, maintain data, and forecast payroll needs.
• Enforce policies and maintain records and reports on beverage services.
• Disciplinary and corrective actions when necessary.
• Meet weekly with staff to discuss policies and operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Collaborate with management to maximize guest satisfaction and service quality.
