Job summary

Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon is hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily bakery and pretzel operations, ensuring quality, service, and safety on your shift. You’ll coach teammates, manage guest concerns, and assist with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and inventory.

The role emphasizes flexible availability, basic math and computer skills, and comfort with POS tech. Prior supervisory exposure plus food service familiarity are ideal for this position.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0–1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
• Ability to taste-test products for quality assurance
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology
• General knowledge of food service, bakery, or quick-service restaurant operations is a bonus
