Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon are hiring a Shift Manager to lead daily bakery operations, ensure quality and guest satisfaction, and coach the team on service standards.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory experience, Food Handler credentials, and comfort with POS tech. This on-site role offers varied hours, meals, discounts, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 0-1 year of food service, bakery or retail experience.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred; NY Food Handler's card required.
• Food handler certification current or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and POS technology.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, scoop and stay active during shift.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Maintain high standards for product quality, service, cleanliness, and food safety.

What We're Looking For

Must be 18 years of age or older.

• 3-6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred, NY Food Handler's card required.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0-1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems)
• Ability to taste-test products for quality assurance
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets and POS technology
• General knowledge of <…> operations is a bonus
