Job summary

Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon in New York seeks a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach the team, and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

As the heartbeat of the bakery and pretzel shop, you’ll oversee opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and adherence to food safety standards, while maintaining high-quality products and service during busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3–6 months of first-line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0–1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, scoop, and stay active throughout your shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins).
• Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office, POS systems).
• Food handler certification (current or obtained within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.

• Motivate and coach team members to deliver excellent guest experiences.
• Handle challenges confidently—from team needs to guest concerns.

• Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.

What We're Looking For

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

• General knowledge of food service, bakery, or quick‑service restaurant operations is a bonus
