Job summary

Auntie Anne's & Cinnabon is seeking a Shift Manager in Salinas, CA. You’ll lead the team on a shift, uphold quality, safety, and guest service, and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Be ready to coach staff, handle opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and add energy to a fast-paced bakery environment. Flexible availability and basic tech proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 3–6 months of first‑line supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location).
• 0–1 year of food service, bakery, or retail experience.
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, scoop, and stay active during shift.
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk‑ins).
• Basic math and computer skills (POS systems, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to taste‑test products for quality assurance.
• Cash handling and customer service experience a plus.
• Food handler certification (current or within 30 days of hire).
• High school diploma or equivalent experience (restated).
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS technology.
• General knowledge of food service, bakery, or quick‑service restaurant operations is a bonus.
