Salary Range: $18.50 - $19.00 Hourly

What You’ll Do

As a Shift Manager at Wendy’s you will use your knowledge of positional skills, customer service and courtesy, and health and safety regulations to “Delight Every Customer” and deliver a WOW experience to guests and crew members daily. You will support the General Manager in creating and maintaining an engaged employee culture.

Qualifications

• One or more years of restaurant, retail, customer service, or equivalent experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess all documents and permits required by state and federal law.
• Must be willing to obtain ServSafe certification.
• Must be certified as an Open/Close Manager, Kitchen Manager, and Customer Service Manager.
• Ability to multi‑task while maintaining composure, give sound advice, and provide direction.
• Work well in a team environment with strong customer orientation.
• Exhibit professionalism, composure, and discretion when expediting or resolving customer concerns.
• Perform duties accurately in a fast‑paced environment with noise and temperature variations; stand for prolonged periods.
• Use headset; lift and carry up to 50 pounds; bend, kneel, and stoop as required.
