McDonald's in Newburyport, MA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the restaurant during their shift, coach crew, and drive results while maintaining safety and quality. You will manage shift operations and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and weekend availability. We offer paid training, leadership development, and clear paths to higher management within a local franchise.

Qualifications

• Availability to work at least two weekend days (Friday–Sunday).

• Monitor performance and take action to meet service and profitability goals
• Oversee inventory, safety, and security procedures
• Train and develop team members for growth
• Communicate effectively with team members and other leaders
