Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead real-time operations and drive results on a fast-paced shift. You will set the tone, coach crew, and ensure safe, high-quality service while meeting efficiency goals. Availability on at least two weekend days is required.

You'll oversee staffing, training, and development, with a focus on delivering Golden moments for guests. This role offers leadership growth and the chance to advance to higher management within a franchisee-owned restaurant.
