Responsibilities

• Lead daily shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Coordinate crew and other managers to maintain Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Assist departments in meeting their targets and goals.
• Act as the food safety leader—follow all food safety protocols.
• Manage crew, deliver exceptional customer service, and coach team members.
• Perform daily maintenance and cleanliness tasks: keep bathrooms, kitchen line, floors, lobby, and drink station clean and organized.
• Adhere to all open/closing shift checklists.
• Coordinate all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Respond quickly and effectively to emergencies.
• Encourage the team, foster a positive work environment, and celebrate successes.
