Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee the customer experience and operations during shifts. The role often requires completion of McDonald's management courses and previous restaurant experience.

Shift Managers starting over 18$ typically have been certified through McDonald's management courses and have some McDonald's experience.
