Five Guys Operations LLC seeks a capable Shift Manager in Virginia Beach to guide daily restaurant operations, ensuring top-tier service and adherence to standards. You’ll oversee prep, delivery, and team supervision, driving a high-energy, fun workplace while promoting from within and supporting a strong benefit program.

The role features a base pay with tips and bonuses, opportunities for growth, and a management-facing path within a fast-paced burger joint network.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a food service or retail environment preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to create a great place to work for the team.
• Fanatical about serving amazing food with a big smile.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the General Manager’s absence.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in product prep, delivery, customer relations, maintenance and inventory.
• Lead and develop the team to maintain service quality during shifts.

The pay for this position is $20/hour +Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
