Five Guys is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in Columbia, MD. You will supervise crew members and lead the team to deliver outstanding burgers and service while reporting to the General Manager.

You bring 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a dedication to food quality, and a passion for creating a positive work environment. Expect a supportive, customer-focused culture with opportunities for growth.

The pay for this position is $22.00/hour + Tips +Bonus

Shift managers are trained to perform all of the duties preformed by the Crew Members and Shift Leaders, with additional responsibility for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the General Manager’s absence: ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation including product prep and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team and inventory management, and other duties as required or assigned.
