Stretch Zone is seeking a Studio Manager to oversee daily studio operations, drive membership growth, and develop a high‑performing team. You’ll coach Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners, manage schedules, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while hitting membership sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Open and open the studio, ensure cleanliness and readiness for members.

• Coach Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners; review schedules and follow up on prospects.
• Communicate the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching and ensure exceptional member experiences.
• Monitor KPIs, revenue, memberships, retention, labor efficiency, and daily performance.
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism and empathy to maintain satisfaction.
• Foster a culture of leadership, accountability, teamwork, excellence, and service.

As a Studio Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of one Stretch Zone studio, drive membership growth, and help members experience the life-changing benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching—all while leading and developing a high‑performing team.

This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on coaching others, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating a culture of accountability, excellence, and service.

What We Offer

Compensation

• Hourly Compensation: $24.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Annual Base Compensation: Approximately $50,000–$56,000
• Performance Bonus Opportunity: Up to $10,000–$15,000+ annually based on studio performance
• Total Earning Opportunity: $60,000–$70,000+

A Day in the Life

• Your day starts by opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members.
• As members arrive, you greet them by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable, welcomed, and cared for.
• Throughout the day, you lead by example—coaching your Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners, reviewing schedules, answering phones, following up on prospective members and missed appointments, and supporting the team in achieving membership sales goals.
• You’ll demonstrate how to effectively communicate the value of practitioner‑assisted stretching while ensuring every member receives an exceptional experience.
• Between appointments, you’ll review key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor revenue, memberships, retention, labor efficiency, and daily performance to ensure the studio is on track to achieve its goals.
• When challenges arise, you’ll resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑focused mindset.

Requirements

Required

• Previous experience supervising or managing a team
• Retail, hospitality, wellness, or membership sales experience
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage performance metrics
• Familiarity with KPIs and basic business performance reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed

Preferred

• Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or franchise operations
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
• Understanding of P&L statements and business performance metrics
