Responsibilities

Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
Plan for each shift, monitor performance, and take action to keep the team meeting McDonald’s standards.
Monitor safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them.
Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.
Perform core tasks such as Food Safety, Internal Communication, Inventory Management, Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness, Managing Crew, Quality Food Production, Exceptional Customer Service, Safety and Security, Scheduling, and Training.

Qualifications

Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Must be 18 years or older. Flexible schedule required. Positive team player with a passion for a fast‑paced environment.
