Job Description for Shift LeadThe Shift Manager will be responsible for modeling and promoting Hansen’s IGA Market culture by consistently providing “best in class” service to our guests. The main responsibility of the Shift Manager is to provide general assistance to the store in absence of a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
