Job summary

Hansen’s IGA Market in Illinois is seeking a Grocery Manager to lead the department, oversee associates, ensure top‑notch customer service, and uphold store standards on the floor and in back‑room operations.

You will manage inventory, train staff, develop displays, and coordinate with the Store Manager to address hiring, safety, and department performance. This role requires 18+ and ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work a fluctuating schedule.

Job DescriptionThe Grocery Manager will be responsible for modeling and promoting Hansen’s IGA Market culture by consistently providing “best in class” service to our guests. The main responsibility of the Grocery Manager is to oversee associates, customer satisfaction and standards for the Grocery Department.
