Job summary

Campero USA Corp. in Fayetteville, GA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead the crew, train staff, and coordinate daily operations to deliver an exceptional Customer Experience.

This role reports to the General Manager and acts as a key member of the restaurant leadership team. You will plan shifts, monitor procedures, resolve issues, and support inventory, staffing and safety programs while maintaining a positive, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential with guest-first mindset.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

Overview

The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• • Plan his/her duties and responsibilities for each shift
  • Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols
  • Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
  • Assist the General Manager
  • Coach and lead a team with no supervision
  • Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
  • Verifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints
  • Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures
  • Open/close restaurant
  • Assist with inventory (logging)
  • Assist with staffing needs
  • Assist with controllables and labor
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures

Qualifications
