Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
• Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.
• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification.
• Fluent in English & Spanish.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies; ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand for long periods; flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be over 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Plan duties and responsibilities for each shift.
• Verify compliance of procedures and protocols.
• Attend and resolve problems as they appear in restaurant operations.
• Assist the General Manager.
• Coach and lead a team with no supervision.
• Involve in operational and technical training of employees.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and energy.
• Verify customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints.
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures.
• Open/close restaurant.
• Assist with inventory (logging) and staffing needs.
• Assist with controllables and labor.
• Maintain sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food prep areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
• Follow safety rules, policies, and procedures.

The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

Responsibilities
