Campero USA Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager in Providence, RI to lead the crew, plan shift duties, and ensure a premier Customer Experience. The role supports the General Manager, coaches staff, and drives operations with energy and guest-first focus.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in similar roles, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work nights/weekends. Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Food Handlers Card / ServSafe Certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Overview

The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• • Plan his/her duties and responsibilities for each shift
  • Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols
  • Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
  • Assist the General Manager
  • Coach and lead a team with no supervision
  • Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
  • Verifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints
  • Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures
  • Open/close restaurant
  • Assist with inventory (logging)
  • Assist with staffing needs
  • Assist with controllables and labor
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures
