Job summary

Campero USA Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager in Riverside, CA to train, develop, and lead the crew, ensuring excellent customer experiences and smooth end-to-end operations.

You will help the General Manager, coach the team, and participate in training and staffing while maintaining safety and sanitation standards. The role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year experience, leadership potential, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
• Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.
• Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification
• Fluent in English & Spanish
• Ability to work with computers

• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be over 18 years or older

Responsibilities

The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

Responsibilities
