Campero USA Corp. is seeking a Shift Manager to plan duties for each shift, lead the team and assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding customer experience, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and driving continuous improvement across processes. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in similar roles or customer-facing experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Overview

The Shift Manger plays an important role in training, developing and leading the crew. Serves as a critical part of the leadership team, helping the restaurant serve the most flavorful chicken and coordinates a smooth end to end operation to provide an exceptional Customer Experience.

Responsibilities

• • Plan his/her duties and responsibilities for each shift
  • Verifies compliance of procedures and protocols
  • Attends and resolves problems as they appear in the restaurant operation
  • Assist the General Manager
  • Coach and lead a team with no supervision
  • Involves himself in the operational and technical training of employees
  • Maintain a positive atmosphere of teamwork and full of energy
  • Verifies customer satisfaction/Handles customer complaints
  • Applies a continuous improvement mindset to processes and procedures
  • Open/close restaurant
  • Assist with inventory (logging)
  • Assist with staffing needs
  • Assist with controllables and labor
  • Maintains overall sanitation, health, cleanliness, and safety standards for food preparation areas, cooking services, and dishes and utensils.
  • Follows and abides by all safety rules, policies, and procedures

Qualifications

• • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of experience in similar roles or with customer experience
  • Demonstrates strong leadership potential by actively supporting team dynamics.
  • Committed to guest satisfaction, upholding a guest-first mindset in all interactions.
  • Preferred: Food Handlers Card/ ServSafe Certification
  • Fluent in English & Spanish*
  • Ability to work with computers
  • Must follow the company Personal Care and Hygiene policies Ability to lift and push 50 lbs.
