As a Shift Manager, you will take ownership and responsibility to lead your shift by guiding the team with a positive attitude, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner. You will also play a crucial role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.
