Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods' standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by guiding your team with a smile, seeking help when needed, and ensuring all duties are completed. You will manage inventory, maintain financial accountability, and ensure the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Able to work at night/overnight hours
• Must be at least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation
• Basic business math and accounting skills, strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, while working alongside them
• Able to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, lifting trash, and outdoor grounds maintenance
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and stoop during 80% of shift time
