In this role, you will support the Management Team in running shifts effectively, ensuring standards are met, and leading your team with a positive attitude. Responsibilities include supervising team members, managing inventory, maintaining financial accountability, and ensuring the delivery of safe, quality food in a timely manner. You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills, basic math and accounting skills.
• Ability to supervise, motivate, and work alongside the team.
• Physical ability to sweep, mop, dust, lift up to 50 lbs., and perform grounds maintenance.
