Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Management Team in running effective shifts and maintaining Charter Foods standards and brand standards. As a Shift Manager, you will lead your shift by motivating your team with a positive attitude, seeking help when needed, and guiding others. You will ensure team members complete their duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability. Your friendly demeanor will help deliver safe, quality food to customers promptly. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe environment for employees and customers.

Job Requirements and Essential Functions

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy
• Reliable transportation required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to supervise and motivate the team, working alongside them.
• Ability to perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal.
• Ability to clean the parking lot and surrounding grounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs., and stoop for 80% of the shift.
