Job summary

Subway Team Member position focusing on shift management duties within a Subway location. You will ensure great guest experiences, prepare and serve quality food, maintain a clean and functional restaurant, control inventory, and lead staff scheduling with teamwork.

Daily tasks include cascading training to Sandwich Artists, supervising staff, maintaining equipment, and handling paperwork as needed. Roles vary by location and can be full- or part-time with day/evening/weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

In addition to the role of a typical Sandwich Artist®, key parts of your day to day will consist of:

• Completing paperwork as needed

PREREQUISITES

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Communication and organizational skills
• Physical: Ability to work any area of the restaurant as needed and to operate computerized Point of Sale system/cash register. This position requires bending, standing and walking the entire workday. Must have the ability to lift 10 pounds frequently and up to 30 pounds occasionally.
