Freebirds World Burrito is seeking Shift Leaders who are passionate about guest service and leading others. This role thrives in a fast-paced setting while fostering a positive culture and mentoring teammates.

You will supervise front-line staff, uphold food quality, and manage cash handling. Physical duties and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required; competitive benefits and advancement opportunities are available.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
