Freebirds World Burrito seeks a Shift Leader who delivers exceptional guest service while leading a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting. You will mentor teammates, uphold recipe adherence and food quality, and ensure cash handling procedures are followed.

Formación

• Previous leadership experience.

Requirements

• Previous leadership experience
• Ability to work at a fast pace and high-volume workload

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must learn to cross-train in all positions
• Must get a manager's food handlers certification upon hire
• Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands of a retail environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
• Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
• Use ladders occasionally
• Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walk‑in coolers/freezers
• Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
