Shift Manager

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly service for customers.

Shift Managers provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain quality, service, cleanliness, safety, security, and profitability, and to communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare them for the next shift.
