We are looking for a Shift Manager to lead shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. The Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure quality, service, and cleanliness.

Responsibilities

Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks, including planning each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager. They may also be responsible for meeting targets and helping assigned departments meet their goals.

Qualifications
