Requirements

Managers lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service. A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers, maintains quality, service and cleanliness, monitors performance, enforces safety, security, and profitability, and communicates with the next Shift Manager.

A Shift Manager may be responsible for:
