Job summary

Taco Bell in Skokie, IL is seeking a Restaurant General Manager support role to help run great work shifts, meet brand standards, and take ownership of problem solving. You will guide Team Members to complete duties and ensure food safety and friendly service.

You will also supervise Shift Leads, provide constructive feedback, and maintain adherence to cash, security, inventory and labor policies. This role emphasizes teamwork, open communication with management, and a safe, welcoming restaurant

You support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
