Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee in the United States is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead shifts, uphold Taco Bell standards, and ensure safe, quality food and a welcoming environment for team and customers.

You will support the RGM, guide team members to complete duties, and uphold cash, safety, inventory, and labor policies. The role emphasizes accountability, problem solving, and a willingness to mentor others.

You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
