Job summary

Taco Bell is hiring to support the Restaurant General Manager by leading and coordinating daily shifts. You will help supervise Team Members, ensure food safety and friendly service, and uphold Taco Bell standards across operations.

Key responsibilities include addressing customer concerns promptly, guiding Team Members with constructive feedback, and maintaining open communication with Restaurant Management to ensure a safe and welcoming dining environment.

• Ensure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Make the restaurant a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.

You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.
