• Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
