We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a leader in the Food/Hospitality industry, Flynn Arby's is known for exceptional service and impeccable execution. Responsibilities:

• Oversee operational tasks including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness
• Train and develop team members to ensure high-quality service
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain quality standards
• Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial goals
• Monitor inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and management to improve processes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry
• Proven leadership and customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
