We are a leading Franchisee of GoTo Foods – the Franchisor for Auntie Anne's, Carvel, Cinnabon, and Jamba Juice. We have locations across the United States and are looking to add to our team!

Position Summary

A Shift Supervisor acts as the person in charge during their shift, executing store operations, supervising team members, and delegating tasks. They ensure the preparation and presentation of products, maintain store standards, and provide an outstanding guest experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare dough, products for Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s, and other brand-specific items.
• Monitor ovens, rotate trays, and ensure proper baking and presentation.
• Prepare drinks, manage cash, and operate register systems.
• Supervise team activities, maintain a positive environment, and ensure store cleanliness and safety.
• Address guest needs and resolve complaints.
• Follow opening/closing procedures, manage store funds, and complete sales reports.
• Comply with all policies, safety standards, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 6 months to 2 years of management or food service experience.
• Food handler certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Basic math and reading skills, attention to detail, leadership ability, and guest focus.
• Availability for flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with POS systems and retail technology.
• Knowledge of food or retail operations preferred.

Physical and Job Requirements

• Prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 50+ pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Current ServSafe certification or ability to obtain.
• Compliance with health and safety laws.
