Your Day in the Life

• Lead the restaurant during your shift, exemplify guest service, and delight our guests
• Delegate responsibilities to your team of rock stars and ensure they exceed guest expectations
• Ensure all noodles and veggies are stocked and stored properly
• Become a subject matter expert on each area of the restaurant
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and ensure proper setup and breakdown
• Own open, mid, or close routines for the next shift
• Ensure all food meets company and HACCP regulations and is delicious

Requirements

What You Bring to the Team:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent guest service skills and effective communication
• Customer service experience preferred, especially in a restaurant
• Previous management or leadership experience required
• Ability to meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 55 pounds
